Your little corner stays yours

Privacy & storage.

The games save progress in your browser. You do not need a game account, and the game code does not send your boards or scores to us.

Who is responsible

Rafael Quirós Valderrama is responsible for personal data handled in operating Little Order. Contact quirosrafa886@gmail.com or write to Calle Carrasco i Formiguera, 7, 2.º 2.ª, 43204 Reus, Tarragona, Cataluña, Spain. Full operator details appear in the Legal notice.

What is saved on your device

Browser storage remembers unfinished boards, the moves needed for Undo, hints used, completion dates and best results. This enables resume, restart and the Your progress page. These records stay in this browser profile; they do not synchronize with another device, browser or domain.

Each attempt retains up to 500 moves and the completion collection keeps up to 500 puzzle results. There is no automatic expiry for a saved board: it remains until you erase it, your browser removes it or a later version replaces obsolete data. Anyone using the same browser profile may see this progress. Private browsing or blocked storage can prevent saving; the games remain playable.

The storage serves the game and progress features you use. It is not used for advertising, tracking across websites or identifying you to the operator. Erasing progress removes the current records; opening or playing a puzzle again creates new records.

If you contact us

Sending an email shares your email address, message and any attachments you choose to include. We use them to answer questions, investigate reported problems or deal with a rights request. Please avoid sending identity documents, medical information or other unnecessary personal details.

We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence and maintaining the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or a legal obligation when handling a statutory request (Article 6(1)(c)). Providing information for an ordinary enquiry is voluntary; without contact details or an explanation we may be unable to reply. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the matter, meet applicable retention duties or address a related claim, then deleted when no longer needed.

Hosting, email and technical data

Delivering a web page involves technical information such as an IP address, requested URL, time and browser information. Hosting services may process it to serve pages, maintain security and diagnose failures. Our purpose is reliable and secure delivery of the service, based on legitimate interests, not player profiling.

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Platform access, infrastructure logs and their retention are managed by the hosting provider under its service terms and privacy policy; the game's local erase button does not delete provider logs. Contact email is handled through Gmail, subject to Google's privacy policy.

These service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their notices describe the locations and transfer safeguards they use. Contact us if you need information about a specific processing activity or the applicable safeguards. Information may also be disclosed where a valid legal obligation requires it. We do not sell contact messages or puzzle progress.

Cookies, advertising and measurement

Little Order currently installs no advertising or audience-analytics scripts. The game uses browser local storage for the functions described above; hosting or access controls may use necessary technical storage of their own. If advertising or optional measurement is introduced, this notice and the relevant consent controls will be updated before those features are enabled.

Your choices and rights

You can remove local game data using the button above or your browser's site-data settings. We cannot retrieve a board that exists only on your device. For personal information we hold, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where the relevant legal conditions apply. We do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about players.

Send a request to the contact address above. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm that the request concerns your data. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your competent supervisory authority.

Changes to this notice

The date above identifies this notice's latest substantive update. Any new purpose, additional service or consent-dependent feature will be explained before it is introduced.
