- Look through the word list beside the board. Every listed word has exactly one location in the grid.
- Drag along a word, or select its first and last letters with two taps or clicks. You can select either end first.
- Keep going until every word has a check mark. If you get stuck, Hint points to the first letter of an unfound word.
Start with a letter pair
For a word such as BREAD, scan for B and then check its neighbors for R. Only follow directions that keep both letters in one straight line. Words can share letters, so a marked letter may belong to another word too.

Before your next puzzle
Which word searches are easiest?
Gentle boards use across-and-down words. Steady boards add diagonals, and Tricky and Stretch boards can also hide words backwards. The level and grid size are shown on every puzzle card.
Can I play on a phone or with enlarged text?
Yes. Use two taps if you prefer not to drag. When enlarged text makes the board wider than the available space, scroll the board sideways and tap the two end letters separately. There is no time limit.
